Seattle is Alive Prayer Summit –2/25/2022
Father, we come to you in name of Jesus. Giving you all the glory and honor. Exalting your name above all the earth. In all humility, we come seeking your face to execute your will on earth as it is in heaven. So that your glory, power, and Name will be known and honored throughout Washington, in our territories, regions, counties, cities, districts, and in all realms of influence around Unity. We declare and decree to bring our will into alignment with yours and treat all the people of your creation, with esteem, dignity, and care. We will reject the spirit of division in the name of Jesus, we reject being judgmental, condescending, fatigued or disinterested – and instead, we come into agreement with your word from Psalms 133:
How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity! It is like precious oil poured on the head, running on the beard, running down on Aaron’s beard, down on the collar of his robe. It is as if the dew of Hermon falling on Mount Zion. For there, the Lord bestows his blessing, even life forevermore.
We declare and decree this prophetic blessing over our state, beginning with us your people. We embrace your Holy Spirit that is peaceable and brings unity between the people of God. We cast down ignorance and vain imaginations and ideologies, and embrace your word and spirit because in it is our very life and daily bread. We plead the blood of Jesus and we know the Blood still works! It covers our sins of omission and commission where we fall short.
We hear your desire in John 17:23 where you pray to the Father: “I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.”
We say yes Lord yes to your will and to Your way. Help us to work diligently to understand, to listen, to share one another’s burdens, and bring healing to the broken places between the peoples of our state of every nationality, ethnicity, and background. Young, Old, Working, Unemployed, educated, uneducated, regardless of political affiliations – remove the barriers that divide us – we want people to see you and believe in you because we are in unity and honoring one another.
Father help our unbelief. We align ourselves with 1 Corinthians 12 recognizing
12 Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. 13 For we were all baptized by one Spirit to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink.
We decree the Spirit of Christ to be manifest in our community in such a way that revival breaks out because God’s people can walk in love one with another and work together effectively with honor and respect.
We see it with our spiritual eyes, and we thank you in advance for true Unity that becomes the model for the Nation. In Jesus Name AMEN!
