Generosity is in full swing here at CKS with a couple of exciting events! The first, is the partnership with LWSD food drive for Pantry Packs. The second, is our photo days at CKS with our wonderful photographer Kathleen Williams, who came in October to take school photos.

We had our annual Thanksgiving food drive for Lake Washington School Foundation Pantry Packs. New this year was a friendly competition between our students  (upstairs and downstairs) to see who could bring in the most donations. When students brought in a donation, a gumball stickers was added to our gumball machine donation chart. The upstairs classes won a pizza party! Pantry packs help aid students who need a little extra help with food over the weekends. Our grand total of items donated was 2,053! We want to thank all City Kids School families who helped make this possible. We appreciate you!

For a second year in a row, Kathleen Williams has taken gorgeous photos of our students and staff. Kathleen is amazing at capturing each student’s personality in their school photos.
