In this week’s Behind the Scenes, Dr. Cheryl shares how City Ministries Foster Care Agency was born out of a Christmas Eve service at City Church, when God placed it on Pastor Wendell Smith’s heart for the church to serve children in foster care. That “yes” grew into our foster care agency and the vision behind Rose Hill Cottages.
