Are you a business owner, run your own personal business, or simply want to give back in a meaningful way? We would love to have you partner with us by donating a silent auction item or experience for the City Ministries Gala. Your contribution helps raise vital funds to support children and families impacted by the foster care system in our community.

Donations can come from individuals or businesses, and we’re looking for items, baskets, or experiences that appeal to a wide range of people – families, children, men, and women.

Some great auction item ideas include:

• Coffee or tea baskets with mugs, local beans, and gift cards
• Spa or self-care packages with spa gift certificates, skincare, or relaxation items
• Classes or lessons such as fitness sessions, art or craft classes, cooking classes, or kids’ activities
• Family experiences like zoo tickets, museum passes, movie night packages, or local attraction passes
• Date night packages with restaurant gift cards and a fun activity
• Themed gift baskets (BBQ, baking, gardening, movie night, game night,hobby kit, etc.)
• Men’s interest items like tools, outdoor gear, grilling accessories, or sports items

Businesses that contribute will be recognized and promoted in our event program booklet, on social media, and on the event presentation during the gala, giving you the opportunity to share your business with our community while supporting a meaningful cause.

When you donate, you’re helping provide support, resources, and care for foster children and families, making a real difference in their lives.
